Minimalist Apartment Working Wonders (Interior Design Ideas)

There's nothing like a good minimalist interior design when it comes to small spaces where an interior designer displays his/her creativity in maximizing every inch of space yet questing to reach the expectations of the homeowners.

This apartment located in Cherry Crest, Hong Kong, was transformed into a spacious looking home by Clifton Leung with several requirements in mind. Light colors were used according to the homeowners', a young couple, requests which also includes the full utilization of natural light to visually enlarge the space.

Given a magnificent view on the 36th floor and the existence of two balconies, both the kitchen and study room are built with extended windows for owners to enjoy the view while cooking or browsing online. A transparent glass sliding door is used to partition the study room and the kitchen, allowing the area to appear more spacious both inside and outside.

A unique Japanese tub in the master bathroom constitutes a private oasis for owners to relax and rejuvenate. Clifton has also accommodated the homeowners' request for big bathroom tiles as small mosaic tiles are tough to clean and hard to maintain.
